You’re correct, it can be really challenging to take on all of those responsibilities as a one-person team.

I typically encourage projects to think about starting with 2–3 team members if possible (editorial, business, and technical) because building a team is an essential path to building a sustainable enterprise, i.e., a team will be needed eventually.
